Our goal with Lashaholic Co is to bring happiness and beauty around the world by offering lashes that are guaranteed to enhance your mood and your eyes.
Our lashes are manufactured with care and we source the best possible materials to create durable, safe, full and beautiful products. All lashes are made from 100% real mink fur, collected during shedding seasons making our lashes 100% cruelty free!
Lashaholic Co was created in 2023 during a time of struggle for all. The founder of Lashaholic Co, Allison Anders, grew up with anxiety and body dysmorphia - One thing that helped her cope with every day moments of anxiousness and insecurities were her tubes of mascara and boxes of strip lashes. Our most popular lash, Chanel N23 are a perfect replication of what Allison loved to wear while growing up.
Shipping FAQ/Terms & Conditions
All Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days and typically take 4-10 business days to arrive. ALL sales are final and shipping fees are non-refundable.

USPS DELAYS:
Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS directly.
International Shipping: WORLDWIDE SHIPPING COMING SOON!
All orders shipped outside of the US can take 1-4 weeks to arrive. Some countries outside of the US charge taxes on your order. This is not common but CAN happen. We are not responsible for these fees. Once your order is shipped, all shipping fees are non-refundable and ALL sales are final.

Returns Policy: All Sales are Final!
Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Lashaholic Co and to the buyer.
Lashaholic Co is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered.
Lashaholic Co is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages.
If your item does arrive damaged, contact us ASAP!
If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email Lashaholic Co. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me attend to your needs quicker, send proof of your order, and information, and a picture of the items that you received. We will make it right!
Package Sent Back?
When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
Lashaholic Co is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Lashaholic. The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
